Derek Blackstock, Senior Operations Manager at LWF Services LLC, I have been with LWF Since July of 2011. I have 14 years of experience in welding fabrication, both piping & structural, service & repair. Specializing in hydraulic fracturing equipment repair and modification. I’ve worked in almost every position, ranging from Welders Helper to Sr. Operation Manager. This has given me a practical, ground-level understanding of the work and the challenges our team and customers face every day.

Along the way, I’ve developed a strong ability to work directly with customers to help solve problems with simple, effective solutions. Whether it's troubleshooting field issues or designing products that work across multiple styles and brands of equipment, I focus on creating & designing products that last. I’m a Certified Welding Supervisor through the (AWS), hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt & am working towards Green/Black. My leadership style is hands-on, direct, and built around doing the job right the first time — with quality, safety, and reliability always at the center.
