Christian Lawson is the Operations Manager at LWF Services LLC, where he has been a dedicated team member for over 10 years. He began his career with the company as a helper and worked his way through every division, gaining a deep appreciation for the people, processes, and craftsmanship that define LWF Services.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, Christian remains actively involved in the technical side of production, including designing fabrication prints, creating 3D CAD models, and developing plasma table, tube cutter, and press brake files. This hands-on involvement keeps him closely connected to the production floor and informs his leadership approach.
